New Instruments for Measuring Statistics and Data Science Attitudes

The Student and Instructor Surveys of Motivational Attitudes toward Statistics or Data Science are a family of instruments that enable researchers and teachers to comprehensively evaluate statistics attitudes. Developed using an iterative process grounded in Expectancy-Value Theory, these surveys are publicly available via a web interface and R/Python packages.
